Lucas IrwinExecutive Chef
Executive Chef Lucas Irwin hails from Kula, Hawaii. He brings an unparalleled pedigree having worked with sushi since his formative years with his grandfather and sharpened his natural talent and gaining valuable experience under renowned chefs and kitchens including Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s “Morimoto” in Maui, Hawaii. He was the former Executive Sushi-Chef at Lola 41 in West Palm Beach, Florida before coming to head the team at Nara-Ya.
Albani CaoloSous Chef De Cuisine
Sous Chef de Cuisine Albani Caolo grew up in Venezuela learning at a young age to cook for her family with her native Italian grandmother. As a young adult she realized she had a passion for creating amazing food and was encouraged by her mother, grandmother and family to pursue her passion. Albani began attending culinary school at the age of 16. From there she tutored under Celebrated Venezuelan Chef Francisco Abenante in La Casa Bistro. Deciding to move to the states to further her career she staged for Chef Enrique Limardo and accepted the position of Chef de Cuisine at “Seven Reasons” in Washington, DC. From there she moved on to Gravitas to further her Culinary knowledge. She now brings her creative talent and knowledge now to Nara-Ya.
